VPN KEY Terms of Service

  The Terms of Service can act as a legal contract between we, the VPN KEY and you, the users of VPN KEY service. 
  
  Please read the following Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the VPN KEY service ("Service") operated by VPN KEY ("us", "we", or "our")

  Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. 

  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms or the newly added terms, please stop using the Service. 

1. Definitions
  "Terms of Service" means the legal documents defined and referenced by VPN KEY;
  "Application" refers to the application, services, products, pages, and other properties that are developed by us entitled "VPN KEY". Unless the context requires otherwise, a reference to the "Application" includes all modifications, enhancements or updates thereto, and includes all associated printed, online or electronic documentation and instructions relating to it;
  "Privacy Policy" means an integral part of the VPN KEY Terms of Service and is deemed to be a consent to be bound by all services that offered by VPN KEY application;
  "Subscription" means in-app purchase offered by VPN KEY;
  "Advertisements" means third-party advertisements within the application delivered by VPN KEY.
 
2. The Terms of Service
  VPN KEY provides the Service as a means of providing you a better online experience.

  In order to use our Services, you must agree that:
  * When using our service, you should guarantee that all of your online activities are legal; 
  * Your use of our Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation or these Terms;
  * Please note that any copyright infringements from users are not allowed when using our service, once these behaviors are detected, some effective measures may be taken by us to prevent it.

3. The Privacy Policy
  VPN KEY respects and protects all users’ private privacy; we will never and shall not have the right to disclosure your information to the third parties for any purposes without users’ permission.
  
  Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and disclose information from our users.

4. Free & Subscriptions
  The app is free to download and use but some in-app items will require payment. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring. 

  The Subscription section is for VPN KEY business. If you choose the free Service, then VPN KEY may deliver third-party advertisements ("Advertisements") within the content. If you choose the subscription service, then VPN KEY will not deliver any advertisements within the content.

5. Install & Updates
  We have the right to install certificates and future updates at any time without any notice. You acknowledge that from time to time VPN KEY may apply updates to the Services and that such updates may result in changes in the appearance and/or functionality of the Services (including the addition, modification, or removal of functionality, features, or content). 

  Excluding the addition of wholly new products, VPN KEY shall provide, implement, configure, install, support, and maintain at its own cost any and all updates, upgrades, enhancements, improvements, releases, corrections, bug fixes, patches, and modifications to the Services.

  You acknowledge that the Services interoperate with several Supported Platforms, and that the Services provided are highly dependent on the availability of such Supported Platforms. If at any time any Supported Platforms cease to make their programs available to VPN KEY on reasonable terms, VPN KEY may cease to provide such features to you without entitling you to refund, credit, or other compensation.

6. Changes
  Certain features of our Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted with those features and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue these Services (or any portions of them) at any time.
  
  We may change this terms at any time and from time to time. The most recent version of the terms is reflected by the version date located at the top of this agreement. All updates and amendments are effective immediately after updates. We encourage you to review this terms often to stay informed of changes that may affect you, as your continued use of the application signifies your continuing consent to be bound by this terms. 
 
7. Legal Use
  You are responsible for your conduct when using our Services and you agree that you will use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
